Process & Quality Improvement Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing methods, systems, and quality assurance tools to enhance efficiency and product reliability. Health, Safety & Compliance Champion a safe work environment by enforcing HSE policies and proactively addressing risks and non-compliance issues. Budgeting & Scheduling Manage departmental budgets and coordinate medium- to long-term work schedules to meet business objectives across multiple teams.
