Requirements
- Broad knowledge of supervisory techniques and manufacturing functions
- 5+ years in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication & leadership skills with a people-first approach
- Ability to navigate production areas-including confined spaces and elevated platforms
- A continuous improvement mindset-you're always looking for ways to make things better
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor & manage key performance metrics: Safety, Quality, Velocity, Cost
- Develop and coach team Members for growth and advancement
- Identify and eliminate safety hazards to keep operations secure
- Drive continuous improvement through TER and Lean practices
- Maintain 5S (CANDO), visual factory, and preventative maintenance standards
- Encourage Member input and foster open communication
- Manage team performance including evaluations, coaching, and corrective action
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Systems, Engineering, and CI teams to optimize processes
