We are currently seeking a lean practitioner and a change agent to fill our Value Stream Leader role for our Macomb, MI Location. The Value Stream Leader will be responsible for planning, directing, and executing all activities for a designated program or customer to optimize profitability goals and objectives. The Value Stream Leader will lead the coordinated activities in the business across multiple function consisting of Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply chain - both domestic and international low-cost sourcing to drive the progress forward.
