Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech JOB SUMMARY The Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing supervisors, engineering leaders and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Communicates direction for Multi-Family Supply Chain Manufacturing processes to supervisors, engineers and individual contributors, and ensures methods align with organizational goals and objectives. Develops policies and procedures relating to the operational structure and customer-tailored Supply Chain solutions to support key departmental goals and objectives. Collaborates with multiple departments to coordinate the compliance of Supply Chain Manufacturing project plans, procedures, and rules of engagement with the Company’s safety, quality, and federal and state regulatory standards. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets. Integrates JnJs Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
