In this role, you will be responsible for building compelling business case documents, presentations, and ROI analyses aimed at justifying prospects' purchases. You will create ROI tools for sales to support joint business casing and craft high-impact, executive-level narratives and presentations while collaborating cross-functionally with our Sales teams. Building strong relationships with sales leaders will be crucial as you drive strategic accounts and create assets for internal teams to articulate and measure the value of PolyAI consistently. Additionally, you will partner with the Customer Success (CS) team to assist in value realization exercises with our customers and provide thought leadership, training, and consultative partnering with internal sales and other teams throughout and beyond the sales cycle.
