About The Position

Facilitates and leads daily Value Analysis activities focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain optimization. This role involves collaborating with clinical and operational teams to evaluate products, services and technologies to ensure they deliver value while maintaining high standards of patient care. Provides leadership, training, and support to colleagues involved in Value Analysis initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in nursing.
  • 10 years of clinical experience within an acute care setting and 5 years of experience leading others and 2 years of experience in Value Analysis.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Value Analysis principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, supported by data and stakeholder input.
  • Proven comfort managing risk and navigating uncertainty in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective problem solver with a structured, analytical approach.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret clinical research to support evidence-based decisions.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERPs such as Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive communication with clinical, operational and supply chain colleagues to ensure cost-effective, high-quality decisions.
  • Facilitates meeting activities supporting the value analysis committees with stakeholder such as physicians, nurses, and other leaders.
  • Drives accountability within the value analysis team ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Builds relationships across the health care continuum to drive change.
  • Reviews internal value analysis processes and identifies areas for improvement and efficiencies.
  • Demonstrates comfort managing risk and navigating uncertainty in complex healthcare environments.
  • Applies strong healthcare knowledge with the ability to perform, interpret, and evaluate clinical research.
  • Effectively solves day-to-day operational and analytical challenges within value analysis and healthcare settings.
  • Exhibits leadership and change management skills, acting as a change agent in support of Jefferson’s mission, vision, and values.
