As a Valuation Services Director, you will perform top-tier valuation services to acquire new clients and retain existing ones. You will manage and deliver high-quality valuation and advisory solutions by leveraging Colliers' full platform of services, promoting and advocating the Colliers brand in the local market through superior customer service.

Requirements

  • MAI Designation required
  • 10+ Years of related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partner.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
  • Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
  • Allocation of appraisal assignments
  • Supervision of trainee appraisers
  • Execute valuation and appraisal assignments (financial reporting, purchase accounting, Net Asset Value, periodic reporting, tax, lending, etc.) for corporate clients, REITs (publicly traded & non-traded), pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, etc.
  • Apply your Expertise in discounted cash flow (Argus and MS Excel), Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use.
  • Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
  • Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner.
