Requirements
- Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license (Virginia).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and mentor junior appraisers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills.
Nice To Haves
- MAI designation preferred or in progress.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute commercial real estate appraisal assignments across sectors, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and land.
- Lead a team of appraisers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain client relationships with lenders, developers, REITs, institutional investors, and law firms.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to expand Colliers' footprint in the Richmond and broader Virginia market.
