Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology

Nice To Haves

  • Must be able to travel (with some overnight) up to 70% based on client and business needs

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation of the information documents and client presentations
  • Interface with clients regarding inquiries related to research and information requests
  • Perform analysis using department specific templates
  • Maintain and update data on market trends, competitor analysis and other business intelligence
  • Conducting physical inspections of properties for valuation purposes
  • Communicating and resolving questions or inquiries with clients
  • Perform administrative functions including client communication, setting up and managing client project files, etc.
  • Utilizing in house software and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook preferred)
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
