About The Role: As an Validator on our Audit and Reporting team, you’ll play a key role in protecting the integrity of our loan data. You’ll validate loan-level and field-level information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems. This is a detail-driven role where your analytical mindset and commitment to quality make a real impact. Your work helps ensure our reporting is reliable and that we meet internal and regulatory standards with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Validating loan-level and field-level data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Reviewing system fields of record to confirm reporting integrity and compliance standards are met.
• Identifying data inconsistencies and digging into root causes.
• Developing solutions and recommending improvements to prevent future discrepancies.
• Partnering with teammates to strengthen data processes and reporting reliability.
• Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting additional responsibilities as needed.
