DESCRIPTION: Join our collaborative team as a Validation Technician II, where you'll contribute to global science and healthcare advancement. In this mid-level technical role, you'll work in a production validation environment, performing calibrations and validations on sophisticated laboratory and production equipment. You'll receive training on high-technology instruments, data acquisition systems, and industry-standard software, working with both new production units and customer-owned equipment. Your responsibilities will include validating and testing instruments manually and on robotic systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring equipment meets specifications. You'll connect instruments to network-based data systems, generate documentation, and process multiple validations simultaneously. As a valued team member, you'll participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in validation, calibration, or laboratory environment
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with automated/robotic manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize precision equipment
  • Understanding of basic periodic table elements and scientific principles
  • Capability to perform mathematical calculations and data analysis
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently
  • Experience following SOPs and cGMP requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • English language proficiency
  • Commitment to safety protocols and PPE requirements
  • Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives
