As Kneat continues to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions Engineering Team within the Sales and Marketing Department. Position Summary Reporting to our Solutions Engineering Manager the Sales Solutions Engineer will own the delivery of the technical elements of the sale of the Kneat Gx software solution as a Validation Industry SME. The successful candidate will work with the Sales and Marketing Teams, closely with our customers, to provide technical input and support, in order to help drive and close sales deals. We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and detail-oriented individual that will be able to deliver technical information in a self-assured manner, both in-person and virtually. The Sales Team and the Customers will require the Sales Solutions Engineer to be an expert in Validation Processes in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device Industry. The Sales Solutions Engineer should be able to confidently connect with the customer, understand their needs, and be competent in the use of software solutions, in order to deliver assured support in the sale process.
