About The Position

The Validation and Testing Analyst ensures the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of all system configurations, development, and integrations related to new lender onboarding and existing lender changes. This role focuses on planning, executing, and overseeing testing activities to confirm that solutions meet business requirements, lender needs, and quality standards before deployment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5-7 years of work-related experience.
• Strong understanding of system integration and configuration processes.
• Experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies (functional, regression, UAT).
• Ability to manage multiple testing initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of Unitrac and its’ components.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Familiarity with lender systems and financial services technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execution and Oversight of Testing Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across multiple applications and systems.
• Oversee testing activities conducted by internal teams or external partners, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Testing Strategy and Planning Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans for new lender onboarding and lender change projects.
• Define testing scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with project requirements.
• Defect Management and Resolution Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with implementation and development teams to ensure timely fixes and retesting.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance Validate that all system configurations and data flows meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational standards and client expectations prior to deployment.
• Documentation and Reporting Maintain detailed records of test cases, results, and issue logs.
• Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders on testing progress and outcomes.
