About The Position
The Valet supports the service department by greeting customers, moving vehicles, maintaining the lot, and ensuring a smooth, positive service experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass drug and background screening
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the service drive
- Move and park vehicles safely
- Secure vehicles (lock doors, close windows)
- Maintain cleanliness of service drive and lot
- Inspect loaner vehicles upon return
- Prepare vehicles for customer pickup (fuel, wash, paperwork)
- Assist with shuttle driving and other duties as needed
