Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests and provide prompt, courteous valet service.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining secure key control.
- Help manage traffic flow and keep the entry and driveway areas organized.
- Provide directions and general assistance as needed.
- Report safety, security, or maintenance concerns promptly.
