Colonial Country Club is seeking friendly and professional Valets to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. As a Valet, you will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Requirements

Previous valet or customer service experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
Maintain an organized and efficient valet area.
Assist guests with belongings, directions, and club information.
Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and in compliance with club standards.
Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the guest experience.
Other duties as assigned.
