Doubletree by Hilton Airport managed by Presidian Hospitality, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Valet/Van Driver Shuttle to provide exceptional service to our guests by ensuring their vehicles are safely managed and offering seamless shuttle transportation. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide outstanding guest service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Physical ability to lift luggage, stand for extended periods, and operate vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in valet, shuttle driving, or a similar hospitality role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with luggage and ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and professional manner, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations, maintaining a safe and pleasant ride.
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, performing routine checks to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
  • Monitor the valet area and shuttle schedule to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist with traffic flow and parking management during peak periods or special events.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle keys, shuttle trips, and any relevant guest interactions.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
