Oversee daily department operations and advise department management of issues, etc. Supervise, monitor, and instruct valet staff and ensure compliance of department and company policies and procedures. Prepare break schedules and delegate work assignments. Ensures all records are maintained and accuracy of paperwork and logs, i.e. tip logs, cashier variances and employee files. Other duties as assigned by management.
