Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports. Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff. Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies. Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable. Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable. Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management. Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.
