Requirements

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one month of related experience or training is preferred.
  • Leadership & Communication: Oral: Speaks clearly, listens effectively, and responds well to questions. Written: Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret complex written information.
  • Customer Service: Maintains a positive attitude and responds efficiently to requests for assistance or service.
  • Professional Skills: Ability to handle changes in the work environment, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Driver’s License: Must have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record (required for driving company vehicles or business).

Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Ensure every moment matters by resolving client requests efficiently and communicating proactively.
  • Vehicle Safety: Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it and observe all traffic laws.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor vehicle inspections, safety protocols, and traffic flow to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Reporting & Compliance: Assist management with scheduling, reporting incidents, and ensuring all team members follow company policies.
  • Professionalism: Arrive on time, in a clean uniform, and ready to work your scheduled shift.
