Our culture is built on three pillars: Our Actions - What we do daily to build connections and demonstrate competence Our Opportunities - How we exceed expectations and develop our skills Our Culture - The shared values that sustain relationships and reinforce excellence The Role: Valet Supervisor Location: Millburn, New Jersey Schedule: Monday through Sunday; during hours of operation What You Will Do Lead by example and create a welcoming environment for both guests and your team Greet guests with a smile and make each interaction feel personal and genuine Oversee daily operations to ensure vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and efficiently Support, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and hospitality Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, turning challenges into positive experiences Work together to keep operations smooth and maintain a polished, professional appearance We are not just parking cars - we are driving the guest experience. Requirements

A positive leader who takes pride in doing things right and inspires others
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of leadership experience
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least 18 years of age
