About The Position

We are a fun and flexible company to work with and look forward to potentially having you on the team! We are seeking a customer service focused valet supervisor at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital. We provide first-class parking services and seek friendly, outgoing individuals with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds all expectations. We provide valet parking services seven days a week. Varied shifts during operating hours Pay is based on an average hourly rate plus tips

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be friendly with guests and other employees
• Candidate must be able to drive a stick shift vehicle
• All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team's interactions with guests and fellow employees by being a positive role model and influencer.
• Provide oversight to operation through demonstrated competence in guest services, parking strategy and proper reporting.
• Ensure team has tools needed to perform respective duties, share communications through pass along logs, etc.
• Work collaboratively with the valet team ensure prompt service for every guest.
• Train and develop staff as needed to ensure top-level service and hospitality.
• Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and associates.
• Perform ancillary duties as directed.
• Maintain professional appearance of yourself, your team and work area while on duty.
