About The Position

The Valet Supervisor at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is responsible for overseeing and directing the operations of the Bell/Door staff, ensuring a high level of service and efficiency. This role involves managing guest interactions, coordinating traffic, and handling luggage and item deliveries, all while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or service environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a service-oriented personality.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a resort or hotel environment.
• Knowledge of traffic management and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all operations of Bell/Door staff.
• Ensure attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
• Coordinate traffic on the front drive of the resort.
• Assist guests with luggage pickup and delivery.
• Provide delivery of items to guests as requested.
