This means caring deeply for our guests, associates, and communities—treating people like family, giving back generously, and creating spaces where everyone feels valued.   Through our partnership with charity: water, we’re also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa.   Valet Staff  Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Valet Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming suggestions in an attentive, courteous & efficient manner, providing them with a positive first impression while parking their vehicle for the day or overnight. They are also responsible for assisting guests in and out of the resort as needed and assisting with transportation needs   As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner

Requirements

  • Valid state issued Driver’s license and accepted by Kalahari insurance
  • Must complete and pass a motor vehicle report
  • A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently park, retrieve, and manage guest vehicles in a timely manner
  • Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with the tagging, storing, and retrieving of luggage
  • Respond to guest questions and answer information on local attractions, events and daily activities in the hotel
  • Must have basic understanding and knowledge of resort-wide features, amenities, hours of operations, rates, etc. and be able to convey this information to Guests
  • Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
