The APC Valet Shift Manager ensures safety protocols are followed and traffic flow is smooth at our luxury properties and high-end event locations. We are looking for customer facing hospitality leaders with strong communication and customer service skills. A background in roles such as hospitality, restaurants, retail, manufacturing. Even team leaders from other industries who have experience as shift leads, supervisors, and assistant managers. The purpose of the Valet Shift Manager is to promote an exceptional customer service experience while ensuring the safety of APC team members, vehicles and the building by monitoring and directing the traffic flow of residents, visitors, guests, vendors and building activities. The Valet Shift Manager will be responsible for opening doors, greeting, and shuttling vehicles. The Valet Manager will be responsible for the safety and security of all vehicles and vehicle keys/fobs/etc, as well as, delegating responsibility to valet parking associates to maintain efficient operations.
