About The Position

Currently seeking qualified individuals for a valet shift manager position at the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood, Florida. This is a salary position starting at $45,000 a year. Benefits include: Health Insurance eligibility after 60 days of employment, Paid Time Off which can be accrued for up to 40 hours per year, and various shift availability as it is a 24-hour operation. Quarterly incentives are provided based on performance.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Carry a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
• Be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission
• Have a clean criminal background record
• Be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Be flexible with availability
• Experience with valet parking and/or management experience

Responsibilities

• Completing daily reports like shift reports, disciplinary reports, damage or claim reports, etc.
• Supervising all valet employees, including communicating schedules, verifying hours worked, and addressing any disciplinary issues that arise
• Maintaining valet operations according to policy and procedure
• Ability to attend meetings and conferences regularly
