Overview Centennial Yards , a premier mixed-use development in the heart of Atlanta, is seeking an organized and service-oriented Valet Parking Manager to oversee day-to-day valet operations across our hotels, event venues, and retail areas. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth parking operations, exceptional guest service, and efficient team management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a strong communicator, and experienced in coordinating staff schedules, payroll, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role pays an annual salary of $50,000-$65,000

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in valet operations, hospitality, or parking management (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, When I Work, or similar).
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the valet team across multiple sites within the Centennial Yards development.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for hotel, event, and retail parking operations.
  • Assist with timekeeping, payroll processing, and verification of employee hours.
  • Oversee valet operations during peak hours and major events to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Train and mentor valet attendants on guest service, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor vehicle flow, key control, and safety compliance across all valet areas.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the valet team, property management, and event partners.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate operational reports and assist with performance tracking and budgeting.
