Overview Centennial Yards , a premier mixed-use development in the heart of Atlanta, is seeking an organized and service-oriented Valet Parking Manager to oversee day-to-day valet operations across our hotels, event venues, and retail areas. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth parking operations, exceptional guest service, and efficient team management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a strong communicator, and experienced in coordinating staff schedules, payroll, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role pays an annual salary of $50,000-$65,000

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in valet operations, hospitality, or parking management (supervisory experience preferred).
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Working knowledge of scheduling and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, When I Work, or similar).
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support the valet team across multiple sites within the Centennial Yards development.
Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for hotel, event, and retail parking operations.
Assist with timekeeping, payroll processing, and verification of employee hours.
Oversee valet operations during peak hours and major events to maintain a high standard of service.
Train and mentor valet attendants on guest service, safety, and operational procedures.
Monitor vehicle flow, key control, and safety compliance across all valet areas.
Serve as the main point of contact between the valet team, property management, and event partners.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate operational reports and assist with performance tracking and budgeting.
