About The Position

The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for providing valet parking services for guests, ensuring a high level of guest service as outlined in the department's guest service standards. This role involves greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and providing information about casino events and property amenities. The attendant will also drive fleet vehicles, including vans and small shuttle buses, to transport guests and team members to various locations on and off the property. Additionally, the use of an iPad to enter vehicle information, parking locations, and scan tickets is required.

Requirements

• Valid class 'D' vehicle operator's license.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating manual vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service.
• Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles and safeguard keys.
• Drive fleet vehicles (including vans and small shuttle buses) transporting guests and team members to various locations on and off property.
• Use iPad with multiple tabs to enter vehicle information, parking location and scan tickets.

Benefits

• $15.00 an hour, plus tips.
• $2.00 an hour additional for swing shift.
• $2.00 an hour additional for grave shift.
