About The Position

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will provide exceptional customer service by safely parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles in a prompt and courteous manner. This role requires attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience preferred
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance
• Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
• Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
• Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary
• Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure
• Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
