About The Position

This position is for a full-service Valet Attendant at the new Brighton Bay Casino in Okeechobee, Florida. Position pays $9.98 per hour plus tips. Benefits available after milestones are hit. Valet attendants ensure customer vehicles are parked and delivered in a safe and timely manner. The Valet's responsibilities include ticketing, parking and returning cars carefully, ensuring payments valet are processed correctly, greeting guests, helping with other requests like directions or loading/unloading luggage, and properly identifying and accurately recording vehicle information and locations. A successful Valet Attendant must have the stamina to stand for extended periods of time while remaining vibrant and friendly, while also possessing excellent driving skills and good customer service skills.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience helpful
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must have an excellent driving record, verified by a motor vehicle report
• Drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Be good with numbers
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a clean criminal background
• Be available on weekends/holidays
• The position requires continuous movement, full mobility, lifting up to 35 pounds, twisting and bending
