Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous valet or parking experience.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personal vehicle parking and retrieval service for the park guests.
• Follow safe driving procedures, including traffic laws and safety protocol.
• Drive vehicles to and from parked areas and secure them properly.
• Ensure tickets are filled out completely and accurately with specific information.
• Mark all pre-existing vehicle damage on the ticket.
• Return the keys with the ticket to the valet key booth.
• Greet all guests and open vehicle doors.
• Explain valet procedures and pricing to guests; offer additional services such as Red Carpet and pre-paid service.
