As the Site Manager for our Valet Team, you will set the tone for excellence at one of our largest healthcare operations. You will ensure seamless Valet and Parking Operations across Atlantic Health's Overlook Medical Center campus, leading and mentoring your Valet Team. You’ll work closely with hospital administration and your onsite team to ensure every interaction reflects Onsight Healthcare’s “people come first” philosophy. From safety and scheduling to training and client relations, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping the overall experience and operational success of the site.

Requirements

  • Over the age of 21 years old
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing large teams in transportation, logistics, or healthcare
  • Experience managing large teams (15+ employees) and overseeing frontline supervisors or leads
  • Have possessed a clean driving record for the past 5 years
  • Possesses a valid, in-state active driver’s license (Permits and temporary licenses not accepted)
  • Ability to pass all onboarding screening processes
  • Work a flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings as needed
  • Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software used for daily tasks
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital staff, and your team
  • Can communicate clearly/effectively and motivate/lead a diverse team
  • Must prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a standing or sitting position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 15+ employees, guiding both frontline staff and site-level leaders to ensure safe, reliable, and customer-focused operations
  • Oversee Valet and Parking Operations across a large hospital campus, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service
  • Hire, retain, and develop top-tier talent, while maintaining high operational standards
  • Lead daily training, coaching, and development of the team to drive engagement and accountability
  • Mentor and support site-level leaders to ensure the strengthening of your team
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure full coverage and operational excellence
  • Establish and maintain a friendly, professional working relationship with hospital staff and administration
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Use weekly metric reporting to drive continuous improvement and deliver a white-glove customer experience
  • Partner with your support leadership to ensure proper scheduling and operational safety
  • Responsible for reporting and documenting incidents, accidents, or claims
  • Conduct regular safety audits and ride-alongs to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
  • Act as the point of escalation for operational issues or complaints
  • Collaborate with hospital administration, facilities, and security teams on scheduling, events, and special requests
  • Maintain accurate records for incidents, accidents, and staff training
  • Approve shift swaps or temporary assignments to maintain service continuity
  • Monitor team equipment for maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness, including signage and safety equipment
  • Coach team members on interactions, conflict resolution, dress code, and service standards
  • Remain visible on-site to maintain team accountability and operational flow
  • Other duties as assigned
