About The Position

Parking and retrieval of guest vehicles upon arrival and departure from the property. Role Responsibilities: - Parks guests cars upon arrival - Retrieves guest’s cars upon departure - Answers any questions upon arrival - Providing the highest level of guest service - A thorough knowledge of the property - Train new team members (Valet Attendants only) - Other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to operate various motor vehicles
• Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
• Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures
• Ability to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issues
• Learn specific job duties and complete work assignments; maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques
• Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; withstand various temperature changes; withstand high frequency noises, sounds, and tones. Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in operating various motor vehicles and vehicles with a manual transmissions.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s license.
