Role Summary Roda is looking for a dedicated Valet to help expand our rapidly growing business while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. As the first and last point of contact for clients, strong communication skills and punctuality are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative company, where you'll surprise and delight customers every day. Prior service experience is a plus, but a passion for exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn are key. Growth opportunities are abundant in this dynamic role. More about the role Ensure safe and timely delivery and pickup of client vehicles. Communicate proactively, professionally, and courteously with clients. Uphold CDC standards for contactless/sanitary vehicle handling, including PPE use. Address and escalate client concerns as needed. Maintain vehicle inventory by cleaning, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries when necessary. Shuttle vehicles between locations and service areas. Keep the lot clear and accessible for customers. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Maintain a positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Basic mechanical skills, such as jump-starting a battery or changing a tire.
