Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License with a safe driving record.
Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service.

Nice To Haves

Previous Valet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, efficient valet services to residents and guests.
Help with packages, carts, etc., including the delivery of packages to residents' units.
Park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles, maintain proper key and security controls.
Assist residents and guests with vehicles as needed, i.e. assisting with battery charger, contacting AAA.
Provide support to concierge staff as needed, including answering calls, delivering mail, packages, prescriptions, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
