Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Captains for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. What we're looking for: Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit. Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner. May be asked to perform cashier duties. Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles. Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines. Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with. Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects. Issue ticket to customer upon arrival. Help the management team to guide and supervise the other parking valets Park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and timely manner. Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival. Ensure all vehicles and keys are organized and in appropriate areas. Open all vehicle doors for guests. Assist with luggage when necessary. Open building doors for guests if applicable. Issue receipts upon customer's exit, as applicable. Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager. Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company's standard valet operating procedures. Always maintain a neat and orderly location, free of debris and trash, with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings. Provide the company's standards of service with each customer including, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit. Assist customers with directions, and other inquiries. Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients. Always maintain a neat and clean appearance in adherence to company standards. Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.
