Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to run, lift up to 50 lbs, and remain active throughout shift
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and lift objects for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
- Hospitality experience is a plus — but a great attitude is a must!
- Previous experience in valet parking, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
- Assist guests with luggage when needed
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Deliver service that reflects Hilton and Shamin brand standards
