About The Position

Sugarloaf is currently looking for team members with a passion for customer service to join our lodging team as Valet Attendants. A Valet Attendant at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel is a positive, welcoming, and informative ambassador to all resort guests. Our Valets assist guests by transporting luggage, helping to store ski/snowboard gear in designated locker spaces and by parking their vehicles all while ensuring guests experience a superior level of customer service. You are at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

Creating a memorable guest experience
Greeting guests at arrival
Parking cars
Carrying and transporting luggage to and from rooms
Storing skis and snowboards
Running errands
Opening doors
Shoveling/maintaining hotel entry and walkways
Patrolling parking lots
Other duties as assigned
