They warmly welcome individuals and go above and beyond by providing assistance with various services, such as loading and unloading vehicles, helping those with mobility challenges, and offering wheelchair and escort services when needed. Location Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, NJ Shift Details Full-Time employees work five 8-hour shifts per week. Days and Shifts may vary based on business needs and availability. Shifts typically range from: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm 10:00am - 6:00pm About You… You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. You know how to de-escalate difficult situations and keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast-paced environment. You are a well-spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service. You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment.

Requirements

Over the age of 18 years old
Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
High school Diploma or GED
Must have at least 2 years of strong in-person customer service experience
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for your entire shift
Possess a valid active in-state regular driver's license (No Permits or Probationary License)
Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
Work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion, supporting your team, and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility
Work well independently and as part of a team
Adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet, and continuously learn new software that may be applied to daily tasks
Move with urgency and speed to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details
Work in a standing position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment
Safely and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
Effectively build relationships with your team and others in a professional manner
Strong ability to perform at a high level of customer service in a physically demanding work environment
Ability to walk, stand, push, and pull items while showing empathy and professionalism in the workplace

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
May assist patients and visitors in the parking garage with parking equipment, payment kiosks, or wayfinding as needed
Support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthen the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.
Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
Meticulously maintain records, including photos of the vehicle, condition, and other records as needed.
Efficiently manage parking logistics, adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws.
Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
Effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team
Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment
This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements, including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient’s vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
Other duties as assigned.
