About The Position

Valet Attendant The Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee is looking for outgoing and dependable people to work part time as a Valet Attendant. We offer flexible work schedules, and for those interested, cross-training in a variety of positions and the opportunity to learn the hotel industry. As a Valet Attendant on our team, you will have the following responsibilities: Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure. Assist guests, as needed, with luggage, bags or any items they may be carrying. Including loading and unloading of luggage from vehicle. Provide guests with clear valet instructions, including accurate retrieval times, billing details, accurate wait times, and safety information. Inspect all vehicles for pre-existing damage and document any findings. Park and retrieve guest vehicles while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Store keys securely with a unique identifier, avoiding the use of license plate numbers. Maintain cleanliness of valet stand and surrounding areas Keep track of valet tickets and vehicle locations to prevent delays and mix-ups. Report any incidents or damage to Valet Supervisor/General Manager immediately. Provide directions, information, and recommendations about the hotel and local attractions. This position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualifications: Previous valet experience preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and pass as an approved driver by both the Company and its insurance carrier. Ability to comprehend and abide by all traffic regulations. Ability to effectively deal with guests, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy. Ability to handle complications and stress from driving in the local community and downtown. Ability to work a variety of hours including evenings and weekends. Requirements
