About The Position

The valet attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving member's vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure. The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to all members and their guest. Requirements

• At least one (1) year valet experience, preferable for luxury cars.
• Able to conduct oneself in a courteous and professional manner at all times
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
• A clean DMV and criminal background check is required for this position
• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record to be placed and accepted by insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service to all members and guests.
• Park and deliver vehicles safely and efficiently in designated valet parking areas.
• Retrieve members’ vehicles promptly while ensuring safety and care.
• Assist members and guests with entering and exiting their vehicles, offering courteous support at all times.
• Provide help with walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids as needed, ensuring safe and easy access to the clubhouse entrance.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival, offering a welcoming and positive first impression.
• Assist with unloading golf clubs for members and guests.
• Conduct periodic patrols of the parking area to deter theft and ensure overall security.
• Maintain responsibility for all vehicles and their contents while parked in the designated valet area.
• Oversee the organization and safety of the valet parking zone.
• Ensure all parked vehicles are locked and keys are stored securely or returned directly to the owner.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Supervisor.
• Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned
