1. Administration · Escort incoming guests to rooms. · Assist guests with luggage. · Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate. · Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc. · Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions. · Deliver messages and run errands. · Transport guests in hotel van within property requirements. · Maintain the cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van. · Maintain all mileage records on a daily basis. · Report all trips to front desk; length of drive as well as length of time spent. · Keep record of calls for service. · Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks. · Set up sample rooms. · Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. 2. Support · Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors. · Ability to accurately report information. · Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures. · Attend required meetings. 3.
