About The Position
Sugarloaf is currently looking for team members with a passion for customer service to join our lodging team as Valet Attendants. A Valet Attendant at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel is a positive, welcoming, and informative ambassador to all resort guests. Our Valets assist guests by transporting luggage, helping to store ski/snowboard gear in designated locker spaces and by parking their vehicles all while ensuring guests experience a superior level of customer service. This is a full-time seasonal position that comes with great job perks and team member discounts. Individuals looking to exceed guest expectations are encouraged to apply.

- You are at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities
- Creating a memorable guest experience
- Greeting guests at arrival
- Parking cars
- Carrying and transporting luggage to and from rooms
- Storing skis and snowboards
- Running errands
- Opening doors
- Shoveling/maintaining hotel entry and walkways
- Patrolling parking lots
- Other duties as assigned
