About The Position

As a Valet Attendant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents by managing package deliveries, offering assistance with transportation, and ensuring our community runs smoothly. This position will also offer training opportunities to serve as a backup Concierge, adding versatility to your skill set. Requirements

  • Essential Requirements: Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills in English, maintaining a pleasant and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to comfortably work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Driving Credentials: Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, accompanied by a current Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Legal Clearances: Obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card to comply with legal requirements.
  • Task Management: Capably handle multiple tasks, following both specific and general instructions meticulously.
  • Safety Certification: Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Package Management: Be the primary point of contact for receiving and organizing incoming packages, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to resident homes.
  • Personalized Service: Assist residents with various tasks, such as transporting groceries, floral arrangements, and other items, enhancing their living experience.
  • On-Campus Support: Provide on-campus support and transportation services, whether it's navigating via golf cart or assisting residents in wheelchairs, always with care and consideration.
  • Welcoming Presence: Greet all individuals entering Sagewood with warmth and professionalism, offering assistance and guidance as needed to uphold our community's esteemed reputation.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in in-service training sessions to expand your knowledge and skills, ensuring you're equipped to provide top-notch service.
  • Versatility: Serve as a backup to the Concierge when required, demonstrating your adaptability and readiness to take on new challenges.
  • Assigned Responsibilities: Fulfill specific duties as assigned by your supervisor, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our community.
