About The Position

Operate and park guests' cars in a safe and efficient manner. Interact with
guests in a friendly and positive manner. Perform responsibilities in accordance
with all Company standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Must have a valid State of California Driver's License.
• Neat and legible handwriting.
• Zero points on current driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
• Ability to do extensive jogging, walking, standing, bending and lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Manual dexterity to operate foot and hand controls.
• Requires normal, corrected vision range, the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's core values and demonstrating Exemplary Service Standards at all times.
• Recording any damage that exists on the guest's automobile prior to accepting and parking the vehicle.
• Properly and accurately park the guest's vehicle in correct parking lot spaces.
• Locking guest's vehicles and correctly securing the keys.
• Keeping the driveway clear of any cars that need to be parked.
• Returning the car to the guest in a prompt manner and in the same condition it was in when the guest left it.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.
• Handle guest luggage with care during hotel check in and check out.
