About The Position

The Valet Attendant at Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the valet parking service. This position involves greeting all guests with a warm welcome and providing them with pertinent information about the resort and the surrounding city. The Valet Attendant is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles from designated locations, ensuring that all cars are handled with care and respect. Additionally, the attendant will be tasked with checking vehicles for any damage upon arrival and documenting these details on the parking ticket to maintain accountability and transparency. In this role, the Valet Attendant must adhere to the Four Diamond Service Agreement, which emphasizes a commitment to guest service excellence. This includes responding efficiently to special requests from guests and complying with all resort policies and procedures. The attendant will also be responsible for securing vehicles by locking them and ensuring that keys and related documents are stored properly. Communication is key in this position, as the attendant will need to respond to telephone inquiries and radio communications regarding valet services. The Valet Attendant must possess strong organizational skills to manage their responsibilities effectively, including the ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner. The role requires a keen perception of quality and the ability to read and comprehend instructions, as well as to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Overall, the Valet Attendant is expected to protect the assets of PRC while delivering a high standard of service to all guests.
