About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The luxury valet attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, safety parking and retrieving vehicles while creating a positive and welcoming experience for our guests staying in the hotel and daily visitors to our restaurants outlets while following all company and hotel policies and procedures, always positive, friendly and professional.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience in a luxury environment required.
• Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.

Nice To Haves

• Valet parking experience: 2 years+.
• Customer service experience: 2 years+.

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and resolve issues.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items or luggage weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management and supervisors.
• Provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment and keep calm.
• Be responsible for all vehicle inspections, safety driving, and safety parking.
