About The Position

The Valet Attendant at Hilton Irvine Orange County is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor with all guests. This part-time position offers an opportunity to create memorable experiences for guests while working in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One month of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable.
• Experience with parallel parking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor, using guest last names during interactions.
• Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously, assisting guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries, providing information about the facility and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests, issue claim checks, and maintain accurate ticket information.
