About The Position

The incumbent in this position is responsible for safely handling guests’ and patrons’ vehicles to ensure proper parking, securing, and handling of keys. The role requires a positive and professional attitude when communicating with guests, and flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the understanding that days off will fluctuate.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills and abilities necessary for effective performance typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Display positive and professional attitude and presentation at all times when communicating with guests.
• Responsible for the staging of guest vehicles.
• Responsible for parking guest vehicles in the parking garage.
• Responsible for retrieval of vehicles in a timely manner.
