Requirements

A strong work ethic as well as a passion for excellence and growth with a team.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Post-Harvest processes.
Valuable knowledge of various cooling temperatures for different products.
Significant comprehension of Ammonia and the safety precautions that surround it.
Comfortability with a flexible schedule with the ability to work days as well as nights.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods of time throughout the day and night.
Basic computer and math skills along with notable understanding of Famous Software.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Operate Vacuum Tube safely and in proper condition, adjusting as necessary per specific cooling requirements of various raw product loads.
Carry-out the unloading, identifying, and tagging of of raw material loads from trucks coming in from the fields.
Maintain proper logs of all cooling and post-harvest activities.
Communicate effectively with post-harvest as well as other department team members and expedite proper documentation required to ensure seamless processes.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.
